This development consists of a 14-storey building accommodating 220 hotel rooms in a southern tower and 110 apartments in a northern tower plus a basement carpark. The ground floor incorporates the hotel lobby, restaurants and cafes, along with retail tenancies and swimming pools. The total height of the building is 46 metres AHD.
