About Us

We are a small growing team of professional building certifiers / chartered surveyors based in North and Far North Queensland (offices in Cairns and Townsville). We use the latest technologies without compromising on old-fashioned communication skills, which help us build great relationships with our clients.
We take huge satisfaction in providing solutions and thrive on the most complex of construction issues or interpretation of the building code. We have many years of certification experience between us and are very familiar with local conditions and building techniques and council requirements. We pride ourselves on being easy to deal with, open and honest communicators and offering the best advice.
