The beachfront Whitehaven project involved the design and construction of 21 new executive suites with ground floor parking (over four storeys) and a manager’s office. The development includes pool areas and lift access throughout. Each unit has two bedrooms and is fully self-contained. The final use of the building utilised our significant experience in access and fire certification.

Involvement from the earliest stages ensured the best outcomes and a functional building with many usable design elements. Our focus on providing workable solutions at both the design and construction stage make us an invaluable part of the construction team.

We are a small growing team of professional building certifiers / chartered surveyors based in North and Far North Queensland (offices in Cairns and Townsville).
