The proposed live-in accommodation building replaces the Military Instruction buildings on the Moem Barracks site, Wewak PNG. The building includes two levels comprising 52 bedrooms with ablutions, laundry and storage.

Ground floor includes an undercover military instruction space and the upper levels are connected by elevated walkways overlooking a common central court.

Working internationally can provide a unique set of challenges but with over 100 years combined building certification experience we can provide solutions and insights to the many design and construction issues that occur throughout the duration of the project.

The Building Approval Company systems and inspection processes have been independently audited by SAI Global and are certified as meeting the international standard for quality. This systems investment makes us a great partner on any commercial build whether at home or abroad.

We are a small growing team of professional building certifiers / chartered surveyors based in North and Far North Queensland (offices in Cairns and Townsville).
