The proposed 290m2 Mobil fuel station at 250 Mulgrave Road, Westcourt incorporates two commercial tenancies. Our role included all building certification and disability access consulting. Disability Access consulting is a highly specialised skill and our certifier is trained to identify potential accessibility issues and advise on legal obligations. 

Multi use facilities can provide complex compliance issues but with over 100 years combined experience the team at The Building Approval Company have the skills and knowledge to provide the solutions needed and simplify the process.
