Beachside Leighton
This project included the design and construction of 67 luxury apartments together with boutique hotel, commercial space for cafes, restaurants and small bars. This 5-storey development in North Fremantle includes a full basement car-park and achieves an average 6.5 stars under the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme.
Rodney worked on this project prior to the inception of The Building Approval Company.
