This project included the design and construction of 67 luxury apartments together with boutique hotel, commercial space for cafes, restaurants and small bars. This 5-storey development in North Fremantle includes a full basement car-park and achieves an average 6.5 stars under the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme.

Rodney worked on this project prior to the inception of The Building Approval Company. We have over 100 years of combined Building Certification experience at The Building Approval Company. We are a small growing team of professional building certifiers / chartered surveyors based in North and Far North Queensland (offices in Cairns and Townsville).
