Scott Dillon
Building Certifier & Chartered Surveyor

Scott Dillon is a Level 2 Building Certifier and Chartered Building Surveyor with The Building Approval Company and is responsible for both domestic and commercial building certification services provided throughout North and Far North Queensland. Prior to becoming a private Building Certifier Scott gained valuable trade experience in Queensland and New South Wales and this sees him well positioned to understand the complexities of a job site, the need to work fast, communicate effectively and provide solutions. Scott has also worked in local government and is well versed with the legislative complexities that can arise in any job.

Scott has a young family to keep him busy but still finds time for endurance sports and is about to embark on training for a 50k run in June.

• Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) Nationally Accredited Building Surveyor No. 7329
• Bachelor of Building Surveying and Inspection (Central Queensland University 2014)
• Association Degree of Building Surveying (Central Queensland University 2012)
• Certificate IV in Building
