Building Certifier/Chartered Surveyor (RICS)

Ryan is a Level 3 Building Certifier. He completed his cadetship with The Building Approval Company achieving grades of Distinction and High Distinction.

He comes from a trade background, so he has a practical understanding of the building industry and a keen ability to communicate with builders and tradies.

Ryan is responsible for the initial stages of assessment and the development of planning referrals to local government. He is dedicated, prompt and diligent in ensuring each client is treated with respect.
