Natalie is our welcoming Townsville Client Services Manager and responsible for taking care of our clients in and around the Townsville region.

Her experience in the building industry and, more specifically, in all areas of administration means that she is proactive and very effective in maintaining the first-class client care we strive for. She is committed to ensuring high quality service to all our clients and helps them throughout the approval process step by step.

Natalie is our ‘go-to’ person in Townsville, and she takes care of booking inspections, issuing building approvals, lodging local government referrals and any other administrative tasks needed.
