Business Support Officer

Matthew is our Business Support Officer who is responsible for assisting the Director and the building certification team and ensuring exceptional service to The Building Approval Company’s clients.

His experience in leading a team in a construction environment means that he is uniquely positioned to offer support in a variety of capacities. Matthew has a keen desire to learn and develop new areas of efficiency and has a passion for implementing systems that help improve the client experience, outcomes, and the overall efficiency of the company.

Matthew often fulfils the role of the Director’s personal assistant and his ‘can-do’ attitude means the completion of a wide variety of tasks.
