RSL Warhaven Units

The RSL Warhaven Retirement Village involved the demolition of the older single style existing units on the site to be replaced by the construction of 2 by 3 storey apartment blocks, 57 units in total, which also includes a new common hall and facilities on the ground floor of Block A plus a separate “men’s shed” building.

The final use of the building utilised our significant experience in access and fire certification. Involvement from the earliest stages ensures the best outcomes and a functional building with many usable design elements. Our focus on providing workable solutions at both the design and construction stage make us an invaluable part of the team.
