The beachfront luxury Funnel Bay Resort involves the design and construction of five towers of residential executive suites with pool areas, private beachfront villas including restaurant facilities, lounge, and corporate event facilities. The development near Airlie Beach was approved by Whitsunday Regional Council and is a six-star resort and approved because ‘the design would blend in well”. 

The Building Approval Companies experience in the interpretation of Building Codes to allow the sensitive development to progress proved to be invaluable.
